Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message
i seriously doubt that this "rarely" happens. Spending more time for the server to get back up than actually playing the freaking game was one of the big reasons why i stopped playing STO a month after release. Now i come back several months later hoping this issue will be resolved because MMOs by nature tend to get better over time only to experience the same problem that i had back in february.
Oh well, at least i got StarCraft II to vent my STO rage, hehe while the server is getting ready to be back up. Great game
