Does every sci ship in the PvE missions have to start off with FBP?

I don't like waiting to play and the only counter to FBP that I'm aware of is to wait it out.

Or subnuc beam if ya lucky to be a sci

But to be honest in PvE ill just fire away and hit hazard emitters.

At lease we can gack SNB with Sci Team.
