# 1 Is the nebula class in game?

I thought I saw a player flying the nebula class federation starship, but I don't see it in the ships on the site, or in the databanks at ESD. I don't have a pic to link, but the nebula looks like the starter light cruiser ship, but built with parts of the galaxy class, instead of the older ones you see on the light cruiser (miranda class, i think).

Yes, it's in the game. In stores it's called the Advanced Research Vessel. I think it's tier 4 or 3.

At tier 5 (admiral level) you can get the Advanced Research Vessel retrofit version that has the sensor net special power. You can see it for sale on the C-store, but I think it's free in the game with one of the regular ship tokens you get when you get promoted, OR if not, then it's for sale for 200 marks of exploration which you earn for rear admiral level daily missions.

The Nebula class has a Tier 3 version that can be bought with energy credits at ESD and a Tier 5 retrofit version available for 200 Marks of Exploration (note: you can convert Emblems to Marks of Exploration at Battle Group Omega).
