Under the proposed Champions F2P system, lifetime subscribers will receive a stypend of 400 cryptic points per month.
As a lifetime subscriber to STO, I would be interested in such a system for US lifers quite frankly. It was a lot of money up front for a game your not sure you will play that long (your attitude before you buy it perhaps).
