Some missions might be converted from Tribble to Holodeck. They're still discussing how they might work this, last I heard.

I dont consider you "dumb" at all. In Cryptic's promotion of season 3 they made it sound like the Foundry was live. Unless you read the forums you wouldnt know it was just on the test server. But you've already got your answer now, so hopefully you enjoy it
