I want.....

Beam turrets - So we can have a beam builld and still use turrets without having to spec in cannons.

Single heavy cannons - Why not, having dual heavy cannons implies that there are single heavy cannons. Otherwise they would just be called heavy cannons.

Heavy beam arrays/Dual heavy beam arrays - Again why not? they can act like cannons and be slower firing higher spike damage alternatives.(same dps obviously)

Shuttle craft - Again why not, maybe an AOE repair squad for cruisers only and an AOE shield heal for science ships, escorts get a target slaving drone squad. Or something (for all factions)

More ship role hybrids - I like that the excelsior at t3 is a little different, and that at t5 its a more combat version of a cruiser. Why not do this with the other ship classes? Like escort cruisers, science cruisers, and science escorts? (beyond the one extra ensign at t5 more at lower levels and higher ranking BO's)

Refit yards - instead of another tier of new ships (and either using or ignoring our refit token) we should be able to upgrade the base stats of our fav ship. Perhaps use my refit token to upgrade a bo slot (ditching that ensign) ,boost its turn rate, add a weapon or console slot (max 4) or give it a special ability chosen from a list. (add cloak to a DSV, add ablative armor to a fleet escort and so on (not sure what klingons would want when they get their refits but still). Re-assign a BO slot so I can further customise my ship (swap a sci slot for and engo or a tac for a sci or what ever you want)

First officers - I would like to promote one of my BO's to captain and gain some kind of passive ability, probably dependant on the BO's class. And I'm an admiral, I can have captains working for me if I want.
(I know it's being looked at but I still want it so it's listed)

Custom kits - I should be able to select my kit powers like I select m BO powers. Maybe I should just have to buy a harness/backpack of a certain level to hold all of my awesome powers.

Armor - It's silly that Armor consoles sit in an engineering slot, It's silly that it sits in any slot. There should be a dedicated armor slot on all vessels so I don't have to choose between armor and shields. I mean every other system has its own slot right?

Captian Attributes - Every captain has 4 race skills right? Only, these skills only come in one flavor. SO, what if after every rank up I get some kind of points or token to improve a chosen captain trait?
Maybe there should be a basic warp theorist, warp theorist, superior warp theorist tree that I can follow.

Custom Boff's - Maybe instead of choosing a first officer from given Boff's, I could create one with the character creator just lke I did for my captain? Keep the random skill sets but choose all the base traits from the same, or maybe a slightly limited, base bool.

Warp reactos - we have impulse engines why not warp cores? see below for details.

Just afew long term ideas

If you care to read up on the "Ask Cryptic" news and "Engineering Reports" you'll notice they working on some of the things you have mention above

As far as I've see only the first officer is in development (which I believe I mentioned). If there were any others please send me a link but it does not mean it shouldnt be on my list. The list is things I woulld like to see ingame, not, things that I would like to see ingame that are not in development.

I like the custom kit idea. I think some of the space weapon ideas may be complicated to add to the engine so it would be awhile since they are working on a ground combat reworking right now.

Also Armor slot in the ship screen I like that idea as well.

There should be a warp reactor slot, it could affect things likr your speed in sector space and the power levels of your ship.

Warp reactor MK??

+0.5 Warp Speed
+1 Starship warp core training
+5 starship power levels

and have 3 versions like impulse engines so some give you more power but less speed and more speed but less power.

Hmm ... customizable kits. I really like that idea.
Just as long as I don't have to manually adjust the focus crystal in my... err, illuminated beam sword.

I heard in zone chat a while back that and i quote to the best of my memory
Random person 1 "Warp 14 Rocks"
Random person 2 "Warp 20 is even better"
Random person 1 "Yea but warp 14 doesnt only last a few seconds"
Random person 2 "yea your right there"

Plus I have encountered Lt. Cmdr ranked ships moving just as fast as I am in sector space and some of them even outpacing me. I do not know if this is because they are using admiral quality items from their admiral ships and they themselves are actually vice admirals in a lower tier ship and it shows their rank as the rank of the ship; but I have noticed that there might be sector space boosts i am not aware of, and therefore maybe you are clueless about them as well perhaps...

Customs kits for toon that can only be made by one class. TAC can make one, Eng can make, and Med can make one. Would help with economy. Doing the same with Data samples would be nice as well.

needs more socialism: when u invite others on ur ship. i see no in ship food thingies(not saleble & can't leave ship) from replicators. or better recreations & more. other games do, why not star trek online.
