A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
not a lifer and i was there once when it was new on Tribble....
wasn't impressed to much... nice visuals, but no candy.
Hope for the 400 day reward they will add something to it.
But with the new revamp of ESD i don't see why i would ever want to leave that Station...
A Transwarp to the Captain's Table that has a lower cooldown then Transwarp to ESD would be the only reason i would go there if it had all the same functionality.
