Friend Dstahl, I thought Cryptic would learn by the issues affecting the new seasons etc that the servers are having major issues every time there is something good released. Yet I see your here and your telling me that the server engineers are "looking into it".
I feel sorry for you having to take the brunt of the complaints about this.
By now with all the seasons updates etc Cryptic and STO team should know now that there will be an major increase of amount of players when something is released. I for one would like to know why every time this occurs that Cryptic angineers seems to be surprised and standing there with their pants pulled over their heads.
Is there no-one that has the forsight to say "Look...we are going to get flooded by people logging in and going to these things/missions, lets be prepared and lets beforehand do everything we can to increase server capacity".
Is there no such guy over at the server engieering team?
