Click Options on the Launcher... you'll see it.

If you still think its corrupted you can always delete all the files in "C:\Program Files\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live\piggs" and the launcher will download fresh ones. This will take a while to download though.

Well the force verify didn't do anything... hmmm... I suppose I could call the cable company but everything else works fine... weird... and this only started after the patch when I logged in today... weird... grrr
