I'm not up for debuffing buffing abilites iether, though I would like a little more common sense in the ability of abilities.
Such as AoE's (wiether ground or space) should effect all equally if one stays with said AoE's event horizon. Friendly's should get a computer generated warning (with a 2-4 sec lead time) to be able to get out of the way and enemies should suffer as normal.
I should fear ripping a black hole into realspace as a weapon but my foes should fear it more.

When it comes to SNB, it's just a too much of a powerful thing in an Escort.

But when it comes to Sci Spam, I honestly would like to see it actually Drain Auxillary Power like Weapon Power is drained. But with a slower recovery. (Perhaps we could see a new Engineering item called an Auxillary Capacitor that helps recover Aux power faster).

Jamming Spam, Cryptic could add a passive ECCM Capability of a new Sci Console.


Heal stacking having limits.

And Federation shields being slightly more versitile against cannon fire. It's easy to PvP 1 on 1 as a Klingon, but doing the same thing with the same configuraiton in a Federaiton ship, isn't.

Aux drain? Sure, as long as Engineering powers also drain relevant powers... EP2xxx would drain the other systems (ep2s and your engine, aux and weapons power drop, a2sif and your aux drops, extend and your shieldpower drops, eps and your reactor overheats (doing a dot), warpplasma have a chargeup time (and lowers enginepower) engteam, tacteam and sciteam and your shield drops while they beam.

Sounds fun, eh?

It would be fun. But 3 DBB and 3 turrets never drain the power bellow 100, so why shall any sci or engi skill drain power?

EMPTS should drain aux, or a 5th energy bar as emergency batteries EPS and reactor overheats? then SNB and your ship is vaporized permanently pls. Sci team and Tact team and your shield drops, but its made to redistribute shield facing, is like rsp would shut down shield for 3 sec before effect. who the hell would need it after that?

There should be another ways to stop lolscispam pvp. but it would be not the same STO what we know. Many ppl would miss that. Who not, those ppl can make alts, and lvling em in pvp. At least at LT cmdr level, its not about who can spamm CPB, CPB, PSW, SNB, CPB, CPB, SS, SNB etc.

Thought I included Aux2SIF with that?

Extend Shields shouldn't decrease shield power, however instead when using it, your shields should be taking most of the damage since you are wraping your shields around that player.

TSS would function the same where you transfer your shield HPs to another player.


Warp Plasma Eject, there is no logic in it decreasing your engine power. But be cool if we could set it alight.
