HElp meeeeeee!!!!!!!! i spent 3 hours looking for surah ambassador and when i found him he is not a talkable character i'm so frustrated plz help me what do i have to do to play the first ft. episode???

There are 2 ways to start Cold Call, 1. talk to the deferi ambassador at earth space dock (located by adm. Quinns office). 2. hail Surah when you get to the Orellius sector. If you just go to defera, no you cant talk to Surah, it's just a port of call to wander aimlessly around lol. GL!

To start the Breen series you have to be at least lieutenant-commander 1.
