Hey all,
New working with the foundry, i setup my first mission "Discoveries" which is pretty descent but ive heard people cannot bring their bridge officers with them. I am using Vulcan as a map, is there a way to allow bridge officers to beam with the player?

For me, this happens when play testing the map from the Map tab, but my BOs beam down with me when testing from the Story tab.

Derek7820, what's your project id?

Did you create a map for your project and use Vulcan as the template?
Or did you place a talk to contact or interact objective and use an actor or object placed on the Cryptic Vulcan map?

Is this a systemic issue that occurs on all space to interior map transfers?

mm it happens on a mission I did too.

You leave for the mission from a door at ESD, which transiitions to a ground map.
No bridge officers??
This is even after publishing.

Is this an issue. In that only transitioing from space to ground will give the prompt to choose your away team?

i used vulcan as the map, no template, we cant create custom ground maps on holodeck i think. i think its got a lot to do with social map areas, esd and vulcan are social maps and no bridge officers beam down(although u can beam down a security team but not the same lol)

Yay! a fix
But my mission that does this is a custom map entered at the andorian system door with a ship.
Rather than say using a door in ESD to directly go to a ground or interior map

Could it be that because the 'door' leads to a map that is a social map; the game treats any map (premade or 100% custom) tied to said door as a 'social area'; nd thus only allows the player character to beam down?
