My problem seems to be simply missing how to start the re-run itself. I've done the mission(s) before, just missed out on the BOFF...was hoping the re-run would help with that, but it can't if the way to start the series eludes me!! Suggestions from anybody who has already had the problem and found a solution? what am I missing here?

Near your mini-map, bottom right corner, there's a little triangle. Clicking on the triangle will bring up a list that includes "Visit the Bridge." Using that will take you to your ship's bridge. In that area, you'll find your ready room, which has a computer that allows you to replay missions you've done before.

Under the Breen heading, you'll find what you are looking for.

Or you can just team up with someone asking for people and have them share the mission
