A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
the federal exploration fleet is always looking to help others,we are a very small fleet with about 10 active members to run around the galaxy
our 3 rules are
1.18 or older
2.able to use ventrilo-for stf's mic is not required but helpful
3.be as active as possible due to real life issues we understand that real life comes first
we run our stf's mainly on the weekends but you can always find us on during the week.
