the initial location will be the great hall of Qo'nos instance number 1 in the council chamber, from there we will move as a group to a secure location where open dialogue can begin unobstructed

the official channel for the alliance is KDF alliance, this will be a round table type goverment where each fleet has 1 rep, and 1 vote, the only leader is the person conducting the meeting of which all member guilds will take turns.

Each meeting will have a primary goal whether event setting or coordinated forum postings. fleet participation in alliance activity is not mandatory, nothing is mandatory in the alliance.

how events will work is as follows

1 the event date and time will be set by vote in the meeting,
2 all fleets will post the event in there calenders so if the guild itself does not want to go its members will know that the event is being held and can go and join the other guilds
3 if a member guild brings teams and full participation they will follow the lead of the guild that started the event.

coordinated forum posts are going to be discussed in meetings.

KHG should be there.

So, I have heard no updates as to how all of this went...what is up?...anything discussed come to fruition?
