# 1 Using the foundry for PvP
06-01-2011, 10:48 AM
So, I know this has been brought up before, but what the hell.

So what would you guys think about using the foundry to create PvP missions in the foundry. One would get tools to create different scenarios like a new cap and hold, but could adjust how fast the resources would drop, how long to switch a point. All that fun stuff. Maybe the objective would be to destroy something that the other team want to stop. You get the point.

A cool function would be too disable the score board, that way people would focus much more on the objective in those sorts of maps.

Then to play these missions there would be something like "User generated PvP missions" in that "Available missions" tab. There, just like in the "normal" foundry stuff there would be featured stuff, highest rated and reviews. But also a queue system, so you'd que up for a pvp mission and just like in normal PvP it would pop when there's enough players.
