I'm all for a KDF ship that is fan designed and is the KDF equivalent of the Enterprise F.

And really, after they made the Kar'Fi, I think we're well past the stage of worrying about what it will look like.

i have quite a few cool ideas for carriers that is fair.

a big ship that looks like the Chariot. It has 3 fighter slots but they can only have 2 out (instead of 3) and can use the fighters from the tac carrier and the voquv.
Also the recharge should be 2x longer so the max ships will be out at the same time, but this ship gets 3 out right away instead of 2.

But the feds do need another enterprise so forget it.

Well with the K'Vort, I'm surprised they havn't added it in yet. Outside of the D4 and D5, there isn't much more cannonical ships left for the Klingons, except the Voodeigh Negh'var Varient.

Feds get more ships cuz we keep blowing them up.

I hope the Enterprise F isn't the first Tier 6 ship. If it is, I hope Cryptic is prepared to release Tier 6 vessels of every class at about the same time. Given what we have heard about raising the level cap and their schedule and plans for releasing new ships, I don't think we'll be seeing Tier 6 any time soon. At least, I hope they aren't foolish enough to release one Tier 6 ship for just one faction.

I expect the new Enterprise Class vessels will be about as powerful as the Sovereign and Galaxy Refits.

That said, I'd love to see another alternative for Klingons for the BOP, Raptor, and Carrier class. Whatever the new BOP would be, I hope it would have a more useful skill than the firing torpedoes while cloaked.

Speaking of cloak, I really wish they'd fix the bug, that isn't 100% a bug.

My experience with the game's development and overall big picture evolution leads me to believe that they are indeed capable of doing such a thing.

As much as I'd like to see more Klingon ships. I kinda think them making any improvment to the Carrier is unlikely. The Feds already complain about carriers "spamming" fighters...like what else to carriers do but put as many aircraft up as they can? I see it in the Fed chat when I log onto my smooth-head constantly, always the same, complaining about Klingons using carriers in PvP, especially 2 or more. If they would give them the ability to launch even more the protest would light the forums.
After a year and a half of virtually no ship customization, I'd almost be willing to settle for that.
It would be great to get some comparable to the "advanced" versions of the Feds, a couple additional upper-end ships would be great, too.

Yes, especially if they promise not to.

I can promise you one thing. The moment the Feds get their carrier ever single one of these "naysayers" will be the first to grab one.

Without exception, they will be the same ones screaming to the devs about how carriers have ruined PvP, and are only responsible for spam.

But, then with an about turn they will defend the need for a Federation carrier. Absolutely no logic, for vulcan sympathizers!
