You forgot

4) while Scrambled, STO client will force a harddrive defrag AND an antivirus update... Pc stuttering and lagging should be part of gameplay!

That is exactly the combat immersion this game needs. Add in randomly short circuiting hardware when shot at and we have REAL star trek
