A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Premades are great and all, but I don't see how they in any way make a science ship more useful than a cruiser.
Also I did read that part, I was just pointing out that those abilities are captain skills and have nothing to do with science ships, and can't be used to justify the drawbacks of a science ship.
