is this available anywhere? I know that you can craft MK XI stuff which is maximum level available but I wonder if Mk XII stuff is available somewhere? (like mission reward, Battle group Omega, etc..)

It is available as drops (and drops only) in Ker'rat (space Warzone, or its Klingon equivalent, N'Vak), or in Otha (ground Warzone).

War zone loot is about it, and i have only gotten green mk 12s, maybe 1 or 2 for every 2 hours of looting Otha. Mk12 whites come along a lot more often though.

There are Blues and Purples out there too (just MUCH more rare... Pun intended )... You can see examples all over the Exchange.

MK 12 ground is not possible unless you do DS9 Under Siege on VA which is now locked as well, no entrance possible for VA's. Otha is Level 45 only, not 55 like Ker'rat.

Warzones, they drop only in warzones and I assume they will be in season four and/or the Borg raids this month.

However, Mk XII ground is possible in the ground war zone (Qay'ghun System) on the KDF. Consider that the perk for people who ranked up a Lt. General.

Not true, actually, Otha, if you enter as a Klingon, the instance will be set at 55, and occasionally, the instance sorting algorithm will put Fed-side VA's into that same instance (if there are no Klingons to start the higher-level version, however, it will only be at 45).

Oddly enough, KDF characters can get into VA/LG instances of the zone. But Fed characters usually can't.
