I wanna mirror RedJedis post.. I havent seen any TSI group abuse FAW or SS3.. They *might* have a copy of FAW on a healing SC, but that is also perfectly fine.

QEW doesnt use these skills either. Never have afaik.

TSIs mines can be annoying, particulary with the "ban" on FAW... But mines arent exactly on the "OP list"

If these two fleets roflstomp you, it isnt because of broken skills, its because they are 100 times better PvPers than most.

That might be a recent change:
As bug tickets were always send off to QA and no longer avaialble in the CS system for questions or updates, they decided to remove them from your open ticket lists - there was no value to it and a lot of confusion about people complaining that they never get help (because they send bug tickets instead of GM tickets).

The suggested way to "escalate" a bug ticket was to create a bug report, note the #ID, and then send a community ticket warning about the exploitability referring to the #ID.

With respect, In the last 48 hours I've been Fawed to a silly puddle on the floor by the same TSI mvam escort, yall know who i'm talking about...and I was SS chained tonight by another. I read alot of posts like these that say X fleet doesn't do X, but I seem to only encounter the opposite. whether the outcry meets the offense is debatable, but not this easily dismissed either. Probably a small few naughty bad apples giving me the wrong impression I'm sure . I think its great however that fleets are making the effort to minimize broken mechanics influence on pvp gameplay through their members, even if one or two fleeties keep on using them its still a step in the right direction and makes those few peeps usage seem tolerable.

For the record my only issue with SS is that abilities like Evasive Maneuvers doesn't work while scrambled, as if its a targetable ability ect... If small bugs like that were to be fixed within the ability, it doesn't seem that evil to me.

Edit: Naughty mvam switched to cannons! *Salutes to the pilot...Hes still pretty deadly tho.

so in your own post you admit its one specific guy using the faw and yet you still say all of tsi is bad?....

ill saay again, if any tsi member is abusing skills mail me so i can take care of it.

Don't remember saying "all of TSI is bad", or anything to that effect. I even mentioned twice it was probably a "few". (*eats the words put in my mouth*nomnomnom) Was speaking about pvp fleets in general.

Was just stating that its hard to keep tabs on these things, and that I appreciate the effort, as my collegues also try not to use broken/cheese mechanics but I routinely find and educate our members in not using them. It can be a full time job.

Why SS3 is "forbidden"?

I use only SS1 since i was told it is enough with that...


BTW: I use FAW1 & FAW2 and I don't do massive damage I just keep on sucking when playing with ENG & the SCI... it is just me? or the problem is only with FAW3?

Because it's long duration and fast random target switching coupled with the actual clumsiness of STO UI/Targeting system makes it a total anti-fun ability.

Also, SS3 is bugged, since some self-only abilities (like Evasive Maneuvers) sometimes misfire or don't activate at all.

That's the worst thing about it to me, as a defiant pilot. If I have a ST on a long cool down while scrambled, I want to get the hell out of dodge because of the random target switching, so that I can return to the fight later, unscrambled. Having my best escape ability misfiring is disastrous - especially if my engine bats & EPtE are on cool down as well...

FAW in an escort? If someone wants to goof around with crap like that, let them. FAW in an escort isn't even good. The only reason to run an escort in the first place is burst.

actually they do activate, however as a skill it appears to ahve the same chance to jump to another player or npc/mine as other targeted skills, whether this is by design or not is not actually known, so a bug it might not be, however that it does do this is wrong imo
