Hmmmm, Mini brings up an interesting point, and I support the the initiative of fair play (although, I do think that it ultimately needs to be up to each individual to take responsibility for following discussions about powers that may be unbalanced, and police themselves, rather than adhering to an arbitrary 'white list')...
So, rather than creating a physical 'Fleet', which creates the potentially awkward scenario of having to start a new Alt or move an existing toon (which, likely, is already a part of an established Fleet) into this new Fleet, why not simply add a tag to any of our existing ships? Perhaps add "-LOL-" after the name of our ship, thus, when you enter into PvP against such an opponent, regardless of his Fleet tag, you will know that this player supports the LOL-Star movement, supporting fair play...
For example, if I am flying my Sci/Escort, I'm in the U.S.S. Ares... I would simply change the name of my ship to the U.S.S. Ares -LOL-, and any match that I enter, other members of the LOL-Stars would know that they were facing an opponent who only wants to have fun and not employ broken or questionable abilities.
Just a thought,
This can be the other face of the same medals ok, but it only works with players 'friends'. In addition, anyone could add. LoL is not absolutely close community, but to be certain of its features, I do not believe that let it in too general terms is wise. Our aim is
