"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
So as i understood it weapons were supposed to have increased damaged based on rarity, supposedly 5% extra damage per rarity level difference.
so can i get an explanation regarding the follwoing two items i have?
Phaser turret mk XI green rarity, 96 damage(128dps) with a accuracy mod
Phaser turret mk XI purple rarity, 102 damage(137dps) with a accuracy mod and damage mod X 2.
so a weapon with 2 rarity levels over previous item AND 2 damage mods is doing about 7% better damage? based solely on rarity difference it whould be doing MINIMUM 10% more damage. more then that when you take into account 2 damage mods.
