Yes, 7PM is correct. We do observe DST, due to WW2, and DORA (Defense Of the Realm Act).

Thanks for clarifying that! I believe the only time it gets really mixed up is when times change. Here in North America, we've extended the DST period but the rest of the world hasn't. So, from October to November, I think there's only 4 hours differnce. DST needs to be abolished!

That explains a lot! They're about as accurate as a blind man trying to hit a bullseye from 2 miles while facing the wrong direction when taking his shot.

most of the time, their time with the GMT difference has been spot on from what I can actually tell. Maybe not the times themselves, but Pacific time's GMT -7 or -8 has been

Its fun.. i worked at an International Airport in Ground Operations sending out a London Gatwick FLT so i had the Airlines computer w airport codes like Postal Codes to find things and times much easier. And look at the weather for any AirPort with a Tower so fun.. anytime it was very hot or cold you could pull up the ncie weather somewhere. like Tahiti in Winter or Bergen in Summer. [no huricanes]

We did well constant pressure on the CE got it to 33% many times then it spawns a sharp aggro wall that makes it hard to target.

Possable 5 Ships shy at this point to finish.. those pet shards are fast..

With multiple people getting hit by nothing (or invisible shards), it sure made it hard to keep it from healing. There were a few instances where shards would just appear out of no where and start comiing at me. Then again, it's not like anything gets fixed around here so we'll just have to adapt to its broken state and overcome it.
