I have the current patch and the PC will lock up after a min. My video card is a GTX 460 I had the current driver but rolled it back to a previous one and had the same results. So I am sure the video driver is not the issue. I am having the same problem with CoD Black OPs. Odd thing is It seems to crash close to the same amount of time as STO.

WoW seems to be not affected by what is going on. But Starcraft 2 has stopped working.


My system is a home built Win XP

Any help would be appreciated!


*Bad MB possible PCI bridge.* swapped out MB and no more problems with STO.

motherboard went bad I suspect the issue is with my PCI bridge.
