"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
If in the referral program part of your account page (http://www.startrekonline.com/user) if it says Billed or Accepted then something went wrong if it's PAST the free 30 days you get when you bought Star Trek Online (not the subscription). If It says upgraded then yah you should have those items.
If you know for a solid fact (obviously since it's your card hehe) that the 14.99 was charged and it shows billed I don't see why Billing wouldn't help since I've had that problem on a few of my referrals (they paid but it was stuck at billed) and they credited me no problem
