Ker'rat has always been a PvP area. If you haven't been attacked until now you were lucky.

PVP is Player Vs. Player

This zone is for PvP the reason you are being attacked more is that the spawn is bugged so all the klingon and federation players join the map at the same spawn point.

In the lower levels, the Zone is eaiser to play (If your refering to Ker'rat). Once you reach the level cap, how ever, don't expect any mercy from the majoriy of the Klingons that are in Ker'rat. Just like I won't expect any from the Feds. (Despite how much they QQ when they get spawn camped by the Klingons after just 10 minutes prior spawn camping the Klingons)

As far as the Borg it's self, they seem to be populating more Cubes in Ker'rat. I don't know if it's a Bug, or if perhaps it's gearing up for the new Borg Invasion they are planning to have happen...
