Thanks for posting such an extensive guide I'd love to use it as a future reference for building
my away teams, but I'm having a little trouble reading it due to the font (my eyesight isn't top-notch).

i have found a lot of success with S4 giving my BOFFs as many expose powers as possible along with expose (mainly minigun) weapons. I carry two exploit weapons, a split beam and sniper rifle. Use the sniper when 1 is exposed, use the split beam when multiple are exposed. being an eng officer i dont put out as much dps as a tac would, but the use of the miniguns and turrets (i sometimes use 2-3 eng BOFFS trained with all turrets, and all BOFFs carry a minigun) along with a dedicated healer makes ground combat a breeze on advanced. i've yet to try it on elite however, so mileage may vary if you play on elite.

plus, it looks like its raining fire on the enemy which is always a plus
