Isn't this part of the reason that vivox voice chat was implimented into the game? Everyone may not be able to talk but everyone should be able to listen... ooo wait this was broken on release too wasn't it? Mai bad......

LOL that was funny, as for the $target thing yea its annoying and I noticed it only works in certin chat channels....Local.....Zone.....?Fleet? so I hope they fix this, and everyone on this post....Did you all submit a
bug report for it so we can get it fixed quicker?

And for an even amusing kicker, they broke the chat again. So now I can't even talk to my team, nor can I talk to people I see online. Wonderful. The gift that keeps on giving.
