Yeh this exploit should be fixed immediately. 2 haxor shields is not good.

How does this even work? Someone lags on a second shield somehow?

I dont care how it works anymore. I dont like PvPing anymore either.

I do know that I have never seen anyone use it against me on a 1 on 1 anyways. Nor in an Arena, someone like that would be invincible if you ask me.

But if it does exist, and some on the forum apparently know how it works, and they probably also filed in a bug report. but o well cryptic doesnt do anything about it.

If this is still happening and after Cryptic fixes it; every player whom has done this should be forced to fly hot pink ships for the remainder of their account’s existence.

They will have to wear the “Pink of Shame” forever.

The problem is, that this double shielding can be produced accidently and perhaps you wouldnt even notice.
There was a thread about this before. I gave them 2 ticket numbers.
The thread disappeared in a kind of donut. I dont care anymore.

I have noticed this effect on my borg shields, it looks like the borg shield with a normal shield inside of it.

Two different things. Assuming your running 3 parts borg, the borg repair shield comes up and gives a greenish tint. That is normal.

What the thread is talking about is equipping a second shield when you shouldn't be able too. Thereby increasing your shields to double their normal strength.
