***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher

Bug report: Pre-Season 4 KDF characters locked out of Warrior's Hall

1. My KDF character was made in May 2010...

I guess I started out in Warrior's Hall when I started out Season Four today, but I exited (transported) out to First City... without first talking to B'Elotia the Sparring Master in the Warrior's Hall.

Now my pre-Season-Four KDF character cannot get back to Warrior's Hall to complete my quest !!

2. Could STO developers please fix this bug??

Any updates from Cryptic/STO developers on this bug?

Legacy KDF characters created before Season4 apparently cannot complete their 1st quest!

(And I don't want to lose my KDF toon's STO First Anniversary Accolade!)
