So, I was busy PvPing today and just (I run an escort) got tagged by 4 klinks. I was being an idiot wondering around uncloaked and camping influence zones and BAM, they got me.

Some people get annoyed by this but I just had to laugh. Here I am, watching others do what I tend to do to them. Usually I run max aux while cloaked so I can see how many Klinks may be in the area and wait for a one on one opportunity; unless I have another ship nearby, then I play the numbers. But instead, I made a junior mistake and paid for it.

I just had to sit back and laugh as my ship was blown to bits. It was fun.

But I didn’t leave the match without a couple of wins. I have to say, the most fun wins always come against a carrier. However, the best wins come against good BoP’s. They tend to have the best pilots. They are very trixy.

So I assume this was in a cap/hold?

You got ganked which made you laugh because you're the one usually doing the ganking.

I saw mikey get roasted by me and 3 other ships in CnH the other day and he didn't say a word. My jaw almost fell off it hit the floor so hard.

Yeah..

I can get that people sometimes overreact and spew some junk in zone.. We are only human after all..

But consistently blaming anything other than one self for dying, is lame imo..

Yeah, Mikey's been behaving lately, I hope he's OK.

Maybe he just realized temper tatrums doesnt get him anywhere..

I hope so atleast.

Farming is the current target of his ire, and it may be my fault due to a single comment in OPVP.

That said, I respect players a lot more when they just suck it up and keep going, everyone's been on both sides of that situation, and complaining as soon as the boot's on the other foot just isn't classy. Sadly some people'll always have an excuse, or declare a skill you used was "noob", "spam" or "op", even ones that aren't the traditional causes for ostracization and consternation in the PvP community (I'm looking at you FAW and pengs).

I rarely quit a PvP match.

A few weeks ago, I was leveling my klink when I got into a PvP match and 3 of my teammates warped out. I persuaded the last one to stay and we had a very nice match that ended 7-15.

A little bonus: one fed congratulated us on staying and taking the challenge on.

Same here (on fed side). I look at these situations as learning opportunities. It's the same thing when people quit FA's. I like to see if I can meet the challenge using more than a finger role tactic. Nothing is better than winning a two on one match unless you win a 3 on 1. You will never have this experience if you cut and run.

I you want to be a top player, these are the opportunities that will propell you to that level.
