Yes, it's possible. You have to build the office and use the lower level doors to transition to a custom map. Please check out my mission "The Return to Terra Nova." I did this with the first map transition at ESD. The office was built on the generic interior. Press M to see which map I used. Apart from the floor and ceiling, everything in the office is a prop.
