has anyone else had this happen to them? was it worked out ok? I'm contacting billing support in the morning.
the billing support still goes to the atari website is that going to be a problem?
when i was doing the sub it kept saying my address on my billing info wasnt correct so i corrected the address but the two error ones still went through...
I suggest actually sending THEM an email, instead of posting it on the forums. There's nothing we can do, and any Reps who respond to you will say "Contact Customer Support."

Send a billing ticket through the support pages, that's the only way it'll be fixed. It's still with Atari but it'll get seen to
Also, ensure it was actually deducted from your account. Several banks (most notoriously Bank of America, who are currently facing a lawsuit they claim could bankrupt them over it) will hold funds after a failed transaction, particularly after-hours and weekend transactions.
Just came back to this thread to say that this it the first time I have filed a ticket with any game and have my issue solved immediately! I filed a ticket before going to bed. This morning, I contacted support chat promptly at 9am._______, if the job wasn't already taken I would ask you to have my babies! (hehe) _______ resolved my issue in 12:00 minutes! Nothing but praise for solving my issue so efficiently.
Take out the customer service rep, posting a private conversation is a big no-no on the fourms. You can say the issue was resolved in 12 mins, but don't include the name.
