For weapons i like to carry 2 split beam rifles and 2 sniper rifles. each pair using 2 energy types so i have to remodulate less.
Avoid miniguns and other rapid fire weapons like dual pistols. The borg adaptation counter is per shot, after 5 the adapt. So with a minigun after 1 spray its useless.
For kits i still use the bunker kite and for boss fights the enemy neutralization unless i forget to switch them out before lol.
1 is on the Feddie side.. a Cation Engie, the other on the Kling side as a Orion.
MAX Turrets if your an engie... Turrets are IMBA when max'd.
Orbital Strike is now called hte Orbital WIN button... as it almost kills 90% of anything with a single shot if spec'd.
Tacticals - Integrated Targeting Armor for better crits.
Engie - Toy delpoyer - Energy Harness Armor for more damage on toys.
Engie - Mine Layer - Debuffer - Energy Dampening Armor.
Science - Energy Dampening Armor.
My favorate guns are:
1. Plasma Sniper Rifle for long range.... trust me.. if your a toy deployer, you should only be using secondary, and constantly deploying toys instead if shooting. (they do more damage due to DOT)
2. Phaser Pulse Rifle (aka Phaser Shottie) CritHx3 you can craft on the feddie side.
My favorate kits are:
1. Fabrication Specialist.
2. Bunker Fabrication specialist.
3. Enemy Neutralization Kit <--- has all the mines.
Melee weapons is a bad idea as long as you're not a sci. You prolly die instanly vs Armek when he fires his Anti Proton Bolt on you. It's better to stay on distance and shoot him with sniper rifles. (35m distance between each player is recommend).
As engy, Enemy Neutralization Kit is the best kit for STFs since Chroniton mines kill borgs almost instantly. The Fabrication kit is useless, because the borg adapt really quick now.
