# 1 Visible Damage Debuffs

Since any existing thread on this is likely only viable for a Pak'ma'ra (I don't know of a Trek equivalent)...

I am still longing to see visible damage on my ship if it has taken Advanced/Elite damage from combat. Right now, having the ship just show the standard hull damage textures depending on just how much you've collected would be fine... altho in the long run it would be best if it was possible to have damage-specific effects... like flickering engines for EPS damage...
Eventually, I would like it if our captains also showed bruising and general wear for all the combat debuffs collected.

I just feel it would add to the immersion, and possibly even encourage RPers to go get roughed up in combat just to better look the part.

Would definitely agree with this.

On the same note, maybe have the same type of thing for injuries to captain/crew? bruises, cuts, maybe even arm in a sling or leg in a brace?

As long as we get the option to turn either or both off, I'd love to have this idea put in the game.
