For now it seems one good fairly quick way to rank up is through the missions in the Featured episodes. That said I got two of them before they changed the level requirement to 21.
The featured missions are a nice way to go...well that is if you like spending 30 minutes or so to get 300ish skill points. In 30 minutes doing space explores (space combat missions in nebulae) you can gain much much more...especially if you have a higher lvl player to help or with a skill bonus activated. I was gaining a level or so every 45 minutes to an hour....I'm just sayin'...
Oh man I thouhgt it was Klingon Defeat Federation (all the time)
You're kidding...you're not kidding.
Well "Klingon Defense Force" was mentioned consistently throughout the shows (I think TOS didn't name it) but you do have given me insipration what other things "KDF" could mean like "Klingons don't fail"...or "Klingons don't fart"
Well I started my Klingon character after Federation for the first time and I gotta say I'm loving the KDF, too bad they have so little content, but I hope they will fix that, not to mention the fact Klingons have way cooler ships then feds.
I'm new to the game, so what means to the holodeck server?
"Holodeck"is the name of the regular game server.
When you log on to the game, you log on to "Holodeck".
There are currently two test servers running.
They are called "Redshirt" and "Tribble".
These are used to deploy new content and other game altering changes before they go to "Holodeck".
So it's possible to avoid disastrous changes that would shut down the server from doing so to the actual game server.
Season 5 was on the "Tribble" test server for quite a while before it was also implemented on "Holodeck".
