Well my opinion of it is this, they are trying to promote a community for all of us to be able to use and enjoy safely and sanely. Sure they can get rid of you at any time for any reason, but you can also do the same. There's nothing keeping us in a "have to be here status". To me these seem like general "get a long with all" rules that some other forums could really do with having. Not too scarey imho.

Well, really - is it any different than it ever has been? The rules are worded a bit differently, but other than that - the main rule remains:

Their forum - Their rules

Like the other guy said earlier, they (Cryptic) can get rid of anyone on the forums any time they want to for any reason they want to. Its their forum. If you don't like it, quit giving them money.
