There are ways to keep a bop from exploding. I model mine on my Defiant but the Defiant has significantly more survivability that a bop. I have yet to try a Raptor.

Anyone know if the Vor'kang console can be used in BOP's and Carriers?

OK, maybe I need to start working on the Defiant build. Since the BoP has universal slots, do you recommend splitting it between all three classes? I'm considering a 3 tac, 2 engineer build. I even thought about a 4 tac, 1 eng build, but think that will be even squishier. Since Boffs are universal, I don't understand why console slots aren't as well.

no bops but they can be used on carriers. and it is also a universal console

I believe its crusier bound like the sci ships have that special one only for certain classes.
