This is good advice but do take note if your machine feals noticably hotter after updating. Its quite uncommon but I knew one person who had serius overheating issues using anything but the driver set provided by his laptops manufacturer.

Not sure about the GTS, but I run it on a GTX and it is very shiny.

Edit, I also have a seprate Physix Card, that may be improving the preformance as well.

If they've finally forced manufacturers to allow the direct-from-Nvidia driver, that's great.
