I made a new Klingon for Season 4 and I'm a 500 day vet. On the old Qo'noS there was a console in the Shipyard for 300 day vets to claim their Fireworks Device.

I cannot find the console for this on the new shipyard or anywhere around the First City.

Does anyone have any clue where the console is now?? (And no, the device did not get deposited automatically to my inventory).

I believe I saw a post that you claim it in the barracks. I'll see how good my search-fu is.

Edit : Can't find the post .. but try the barracks and let me know how good my memory is

it's in the first room out of the 'new charicter spawn' room i think it is the barracks

From the beam down point, go out across the courtyard and veeer slightly to right, you'll see a set of double doors with a sign above them, that's the barracks, where you do the skill training.

Great! Guess my memory is better than my search-fu.

It is found at a console in the north Barracks with the active scrolling down line indicating that you interact with it. The console is against the left/west wall between the Fleet creator NPC and the ramp down to the skills trainer.

Unfortunately, the pop-up window for the reward says it's in the shipyard
