"Login failed for unknown reason" error

Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Bug 1: Went into Xleen and completed the objectives, but when my ship warped out, my camera remained (thus not really zoning). Was resolved when logging out and back in, then warping out.
Bug 2: When out in Sector Space, the Patrol was completed, yet I only did Europani and Ruben, and technically Xleen (mero remained). But when completed Xleen, it counted Mero (which I haven't gotten to yet).
