Wanna get some new weapons for my VA tactical officer, i'm not sure what one's to get, they all have the same damage but with different stats, i'm leaning more towards plasma based on what my plasma torp does,

Any advice would be great.

Forgot to mention they will be duel heavy cannons.

Everyone knows phaser has the best prock (2% chace to disable a subsystem)

Depends entirely on your strategy. I find that I prefer Tetryons myself, considering what and how I fight.

The tetryon weapon prock doesn't actually work :p I like tet's for the looks

Tets combined with Tricobalts is killer. You just don't notice the sheild drain amid the damage the beam weapons dish out.
