So my character on Tribble has been a vice admiral for a couple weeks now, but I still do not have the quantum slipstream drive ability. My toon is a tactical officer flying an advanced escort with MVAM.

Did you spend all of your points? I am Vice Admiral and have the slipstream. I also noticed while leveling up that although your rank changes you do not get the rank abilities unless you spend your points.

Yep I spent all of my XP points.

edit: So I checked my list again and it's available now, listed right next to my quantum torp. It wasn't there yesterday so i can only guess as to why it suddenly showed up.

There is a display bug sometimes showing things with other icons, so you have probably just overlooked it.

Had the same problem on the KDF side, logging in and out a couple of times seems to solve the problem.

Don't have mine either and I've spent all my skill points and logged on and off several times. What gives?

Hm, made LtGen yesterday, got mine, np.
No logout or anything, it was there when I beamed up.
Havn't made lvl cap Fedside yet, so donno.

No slipstream. All points spent.
