A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
First, apologies if this has been done before or mentioned, I did a search but had no luck. Anyway: I was strolling through First City, and decided to, now that we have the patch, train some of my boffs. So i go in to the barracks, and the menu pops up with the "Requisition Advanced Equipment" option. Lo and behold, there's a shop there, and I have several tokens to spend.
So my question: Was that always there? Did I just miss it all this time? Or is it a relatively new addition?
