I just finished three of the Federation Junior <Department> Officer Cadre DOFF missions and the names of the officers that appeared in my chat window as a reward listing we not the same as those that were in the missions reward table. Though the reward table did list correctly the ones that appeared in my Duty Roster.
In addition last night I decided to take a look at my bridge (the default small for a saber class) to find my three bridge officers had each been cloned twice to fill all the seats, even though I had additional BO's and the characters were not assigned to the same Department Head slot more than once.
