Not sure if this is a bug or not, but my fed character is currently at VA level, and for the past few missions the mission rewards have not increased in level with the character, except for those missions that were old feature episodes. This seems like a bug since it was stated that all mission would scale with the level of the character. To my mind this should include the rewards. As far as I remember, this wasn't a problem until recently when I outleveled the old level gate of the mission. I am sorry if this is a duplicate thread, but I could not find a recent thread on it.
