A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
If you goto the KDF Doff Store NPC, the icons for the various tier tokens used for the Colonisation Doff's is the correct Klink version on each Doff, but at the bottom of the window where it tells you how many tokens you have, it displays the Federation version and not the Klink version of the icon.
