Behaviour:-
Adding an officer with traits that match "Critical success" traits is having a detrimental impact on Critical success chance.

Adding a different officer with no traits that match "Critical success" traits actulally results in a better chance to get critical sucess.

This seems to be doing the exact opposite thing that it should.
