When you take this mission from Mara, It states you are to Engage 0/3 Enemy Ship Sets.

After Completing the First Set of 8, the mission is Payable as if all three sets were completed.

Sorry, It is 1 set of 12 killed to get paid, not 8 as I posted before.

That's the Romulan nebula? It didn't work for me when I tried it.

Yes, It is. I reported this bug for Holodeck some time back before getting on the f2P set up.
